Movie audiences in May will be treated to a short film from comedy writer Rob Bloom. His two-minute comedy "Suburban Bravery," featuring John Lutz (Saturday Night Live, 30 Rock) and Miriam Tolan (Second City, Late Night With Conan O'Brien), won Screenvision's Short Script-Big Screen Contest. The film, which was produced by the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, is about a suburban family whose idyllic breakfast is interrupted by an insect.
